2 Kings 16:2 Ahaz was twenty years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years. Unlike David his father, he did not do what was right in the eyes of the Lord his God.
Last night, before I slept, i asked my momie Joy to read that verse to me. After a minute or so of mieditating upon that verse, I realized something…
I knew many things, but I know I had lots of support and help from our Father God. However, my life as I reflect on it, is like Ahaz. Kagabi ko pa iniisip and you know what, my heart cried because of the thought that I let my Father down.
Nahiya lng ako bigla nung mabasa ko ung verse, kasi we should really be like David. David is not perfect, pero he walked according to the Lord’s word.
We are young. We are strong. We are skilled.
Are we like Ahaz? Ask yourself..
